Genie Error, prntvpt.dll

Please refer to the instructions below, if you have encountered the following error after updating to Genie Version 8.6.1:

“The application has failed to start because prntvpt.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem”.

Please Note: this applies to Windows XP users only.

• Navigate to the following link to download the missing dll: http://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=11816
• Click the ‘Download’ button.
• Choose the first option ‘XPSEP XP and Server 2003 32 bit.msi’. If you are running a 64-bit operating system, you would choose the last option ‘XPSEP XP and Server 2003 64 bit.msi’
• Allow the installer to run to completion.
• Re-start the computer and re-launch Genie.
