Enable Tyro integration<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. In Pracsoft, open the Setup<\/strong> menu=<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on the EFTPOS\/Medicare Easyclaim<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. Tick the Activate EFTPOS\/Medicare Easyclaim Integration<\/strong> check box<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click Save<\/strong> to continue. You will be prompted that as this is a Global Settings change, it will affect all users. Click Yes<\/strong> to continue saving your preference<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Click Yes<\/strong> on the Configure EFTPOS Terminal <\/strong>pop up. This will take you to the Terminal Configuration<\/strong> window<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Pair with the EFTPOS machine<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. If Tyro integration has been enabled previously, navigate to the Terminal Configuration window by going to\n
          \n
        1. The Setup<\/strong> menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Select EFTPOS<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Select Terminal Configuration<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. In the Terminal Configuration window, click Add Connection<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          1. Enter your Tyro Merchant ID<\/strong> (MID), and Terminal ID<\/strong> (TID) in the respective fields, and create a unique Terminal Name – e.g. Reception1<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. (Optional) Tick the Default Terminal<\/strong> check box to indicate that this particular EFTPOS machine will be the default used for Medicare Easyclaim processing on this computer. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
