Taj Mahal Gala Night 2026 Terms & Conditions
BACK TO THE CAMPAIGN PAGEThese terms cover two separate things: the attendee prize draw (Part A) and the gala offer for new managed services customers (Part B). Entry or participation constitutes acceptance.
Part A — Custom AI Business Agent Prize Draw
Promoter
The promoter is IT&T Pty Ltd, [CONFIRM: ABN], of [CONFIRM: business address] (IT&T or the Promoter).
Promotion
The promotion is the Taj Mahal Gala Night 2026 Custom AI Business Agent Prize Draw (Promotion). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Promotion period
The Promotion opens at [CONFIRM: opening date/time + TZ] and closes at [CONFIRM: closing date/time + TZ]. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
Eligibility
Entry is open to [CONFIRM: eligible attendees / AU business representatives] aged 18 or over and authorised to enter on behalf of an Australian business. Employees, contractors and immediate family members of IT&T are not eligible. One entry per [CONFIRM: person / organisation].
How to enter
Eligible entrants must scan the prize draw QR code or visit itt.com.au/taj-mahal-2026/win during the Promotion period, complete all required fields and submit the entry form. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, automated or otherwise non-compliant may be deemed invalid.
Prize
One Custom AI Business Agent designed and configured by IT&T around one agreed business need, valued at [CONFIRM: value + GST treatment]. The final use case and delivery scope must be suitable, technically feasible and agreed in writing.
Prize scope and exclusions
The prize includes [CONFIRM: inclusions]. It excludes [CONFIRM: exclusions]. Any additional work or licensing requested by the winner may be quoted separately.
Draw and winner notification
The winner will be selected by [CONFIRM: draw / judging method] at [CONFIRM: date, time, location], and notified by [CONFIRM: email / phone] within [CONFIRM: x] business days. [CONFIRM: whether the winner is published and where].
Claiming and delivery
The winner must respond within [CONFIRM: period] and complete eligibility verification. If unreachable, ineligible or unclaimed, IT&T may select another winner. The prize must be scoped and commenced by [CONFIRM: date] and completed within [CONFIRM: timeframe].
Prize conditions
The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. If it becomes unavailable for reasons outside IT&T’s reasonable control, IT&T may substitute a prize of comparable value, subject to applicable law.

General
To the extent permitted by law, IT&T is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries, technical failures, unavailable websites or QR codes, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. IT&T may verify entries, disqualify entrants who interfere with the Promotion and amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary.
Part B — Exclusive Gala Offer
Offer
Eligible new IT&T managed services customers may receive one complimentary Business Improvement Package when entering into a qualifying managed services agreement with IT&T during the Offer period.
Offer period
The Offer opens on [CONFIRM: date] and closes on [CONFIRM: date/time + TZ]. The selected package must be redeemed and scheduled by [CONFIRM: date].
Eligibility
Available to [CONFIRM: attendees / referred businesses] that are not existing IT&T managed services customers and meet IT&T’s onboarding, commercial, technical and credit requirements.
Qualifying agreement
To qualify, the customer must enter into [CONFIRM: agreement type, minimum term, minimum monthly value, included services]. The Offer does not apply to standalone, one-off or project-only engagements unless agreed in writing.

Additional work and costs
Any work, licences, hardware, subscriptions, travel, third-party services or remediation outside the selected package’s agreed scope is not included and may be quoted separately. The complimentary package cannot be applied as a credit against other services unless agreed in writing.
Availability and substitution
Delivery dates are subject to resource availability and customer cooperation. If the selected package is unavailable or unsuitable, IT&T may offer another package of equal or comparable value by agreement.
No cash alternative
The Offer is not transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be combined with another promotion or discount unless IT&T agrees in writing.
Changes or withdrawal
IT&T may change or withdraw the Offer where reasonably necessary before a qualifying agreement is executed. Any change will not affect a customer whose eligibility and package have already been confirmed in a signed agreement.
